Freezing fresh kale insures we always have some on hand.

Our Dutch friends prefer their Kale harvested after the first frost. They tell us: 'It's simply sweeter'.

Kale cleaning tip:

For Sandy Kale dip into bowl of water and gently 'swich', you'll see sand drop to bottom of bowl. Please change water when 'cloudy'.
