Fried Plantains (Bananas)

A southern Mexico Vegan staple

 

Plantains add a touch of sweetness to any cooked or refried beans. 

Or serve them in a bowl of brown rice, with a splash of

Ume-Su Vinegar or dash of Salsa Picante.

Substitute slightly green Bananas if plantains are unavailable.
