We are often told, "this is the best Guacamole I've ever eaten!".

We agree.

Serve with blue corn chips. Or as in Mexico, Jicama; chilled,

thinly sliced and with a splash of fresh lime or lemon juice.

Sit back and enjoy the compliments.
